Not seeing the other computer on home network

I have two computers with win98, both of them have network
cards and they are connected to my router. I can share my
internet connection with my 2 computers but I am unable to
share files. I went through all the required steps
already!!! Why doesn't it work!?

I really need some help

I am having the same problem. laptop with XP pro sees
internet. Desktop with W98 sees internet. They are not
seeingt each other. Tried many changes, no luck. ANy help
out there?
