My guess is the driver for the proset has been corrupted. My suggestion
would be to obtain the current driver from Dell, then uninstall the driver,
(in control panel add/remove software) then shut your computer off. Note
that because this is when your computer is updating the registry expect the
shut down to take longer than normal, wait for it to complete. When your
computer turns off, turn it back on and install the updated drivers you had
all ready obtain from Dell. Again restart your computer and see if it now
connects.
