Not Enough Server Storage Space?

I have two computers on my network that can communicate only in one
direction. The primary computer, when trying to open a folder on the
other PC gives an error message that the folders are not accessible,
and that "not enough server storage is available to process this
command." What does this mean, and how do I overcome it?

PC1 - Dell 4550 - 768 megs
PC2 - Dell 4100 - 512 megs
OS - Windows XP Professional

This error usually occurs when you install a device from
the original installation CD without reapplying the service
pack.

SP2 is still in beta so it's not available yet but SP1
will do just fine.

The problem turned out to be insufficient IRP Stack Size in the
registry. As soon as I raised it back to the default 15 for Windows
XP the network started working normally for all machines.
