Not able to send mail with Wireless connected laptop

any ideas?



I can ping the port @ 25

I can telnet it to it.

However, outlook express will time out while attemptign to contact and
send the email



please help.

Using D link DI 624 Access point / G650 PCMCIA D link Adapter

Believe it or not, I fixed that same problem by changing the router's MTU
size to 1500 from 14xx something.

Also, OE has a setting in its configuration that allows the min max time
send and receive connection is allowed with the pop3 server, which mine
is set to the max to overcome the timeout.
