Not able to connect to Zone games

I just downloaded the Zonegames and site today. We tried
to get into the Ants & Uncles games, after launching game
we were unable to sucessfully get through to the game
board. We got an error message. I went back and
downloaded the DirectX 9.0 with no improvement. I was
advised that it could be the router??? I need to know if
this means the dsl router or some other equipment that I
need to adjust or config. differently..
