Not able to configure the internet wirless card NETGEAR MA521

Occured: After first Installation of product
Details: I have formatted my laptop Toshiba having a Win XP home edition and
made it dual boot (the other OS in Red hat linux 9.0)and tried to install the
driver for this card 820.11b .Though the interface says that the installlations
is successfull but when i try to click the MA521 configure utility nothing
happens.Even Win XP is not detecting the hardware(not shown in the network
adapter list which appears in the Hardware Manager).How should I configure my
card.The card was working fine before i formatted my machine to make it dual
boot.
