NonWIFI Router & Linksys Wifi BEFW11S4 router used together?

Hi,

I have an older linksys router which has a few PC's plugged into it. I also
have a BEFW11S4 WIFI (B) router. I would like to do the following:

My goal is to add the router into the mix (wifi tivo & wifi laptop will be
used). I don't want to be able to have the laptop access the rest of my
network (files or anything else) & just use the router as an access point
for internet only.

So basically the wifi is internet only & not connected to my own network. I
would like to do this without purchasing a second cable modem. I guess I am
wondering if this is possible to do.

I would like to leave my laptop downstairs & be able to browse the web with
it but not have any access to any files or printers or anything like that.
So, if someone were to hack into my network (I want WEP disabled for better
signal) they could only get as far as the wireless & thats it.

Is that possible to setup that way?
