Hello chaps

I have a D-Link 650g pcmcia card in the laptop and a Draytek 2600G wireless
router. The laptop intermittently connect to the router bit the laptop never
appears to be given a TCP/IP address. So looking at the properties for the
wireless card, under support, it just shows unavailable for all values. As a
result, I am unable to do a connection repair. It all seems a bit hit and
miss at the moment. Any ideas how I can see the TCP/IP settings?

Thanks

* Is the DHCP server on the router enabled?
* Is the wireless card set up for DHCP?
* Are there any MAC address filtering on the router that would prevent
connections from the wireless card?
* Have you specified the correct encryption method and keys on both the
router and the wireless card?
* Are you using the D-Link software with the card, or the Windows
wireless client?
* If you have disabled SSID broadcast, then you need to enter it
manually on the laptop...

Ah, well. I should follow my own advice to others and look for the latest
drivers. Problem solved.
Thanks for your reply.
