Hello,

we had an old Windows NT4 Server with at least one network printer and
some Windows 2000 prof Workstations. In this constellation our users
got network printing notifications, if they're jobs were finished
printing. Everything was fine.
Now we did an update from Windows NT4 Server to Windows Server 2003
and re-checked the printing server advanced properties "Notify when
Remote Documents are Printed" as told on
"http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q122160" (we
checked the unchecked box!)

But out users still do not get the "printing job has finished"
notification from the servers printer.

Any ideas?

Thank you for helping ...
