no permission to display complete network

When I want to browse my domain through my network locations, it says: access
denied, you probably don't have the right permissions. I'm an administrator,
and the other admins have this too. I have access to the computers when I
enter their name, so that works, I just cant browse through the domain itself.

what could be wrong?
