Hello group

I want to connect a Linux box with pptp version 1.2.0 to a w2k VPN
server.
This works correctly, and the ppp0 is assigned an IP-address by the
VPN server.
Now I want the pptp client to choose its own IP address (lets say 10.0.0.16)
(This is supported by the w2kVPN server)

How can I configure the pptp client to do so?

Thanks for any reply

Gr, Hans

Change the configuration of chat/chap whatever you use in the ppp
connection and put your own IP address in there. Besides, I'd do it
on the Win box (forcing the IP on that side).
