Do you have a firewall program like ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet
Security, etc? If so, don't just disable it. Un-install it, then go
to Start | Run | Msconfig | Startup and disable any remnants of the
firewall. Your router will protect your computers from access by
other Internet users. Don't re-install the firewall until everything
is working.
It's possible that your router has a firewall function on its local
area network side. Check the router's documentation.
