I have a Win2k3 installed as web server, routing & remote access server. It
was working smoothly until I reconfigured "Routing & remote access" (disable
and enable, but nothing else changed). Now the Win2K3 server can provide
services to "Internal Access", everything works, the problem is no more
"External Access" (from Internet) service seems to be provided, even Remote
deskop.

The server can be pinged from Internet, basic firewall was not activated,
only NAT is activated. I am very confused what happened, anyway I am not good
at networking.

Any comments will be greate appreciated.

I would check the NAT settings.

See the link below on how to configure NAT/basic firewall. You should double
check that you have configured exceptions for your web server and Remote
Desktop in the Service and Ports section. You may also want to se if any
packet filtering is enabled on the external nic for internet access in the
IP routing/general - adapter/properties - input and output filters. ---
