No logon server

I have a W2K server running Active Dir.

From a windows 98 pc, I'm trying to access a share on an
XP Pro pc. When I do, I get the message, "logon server
not found". I can see the XP pc from the windows 98 pc
by browsing the network.

Any ideas?
