I ordered my free Home Hub (as a long term customer of BT) in May and it
still has not arrived, although a digital phone came a while ago. Can anyone
tell me who to contact about this? Is it normal? I have forgotten the phone
number to ring.

Do you want us to send you a Pamper and some tissue too? You need to
grow-up and handle your business.

Ooh you are cruel, and I thought you were all such nice peeps :-)
I have spent hours fruitlessly on the phone trying to get BT with no
answers. I could really do with those tissues...

Got the router but no phone. Wanna swap? Their router is useless
anyway.
My bet, Trading standards and suing their ass off. BT Bastards.
