No domain server was available to validate

I was with the same problem since last sunday.
I also saw the following message on System Event Viewer:

"A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network.
The IP address of the machine that sent the message is in
the data. Use nbtstat -n in a command window to see which
name is in the Conflict state. "

The message from nbstat told me that the machine that was
with a duplicate name was my server !! (It always worked
with 2 cards and two IP´s).

So I´ve disabled one of the network cards and after that I
could log on the W98 stations.

I hope that this can help you - and if someone else knows
how I can enable my second NIC again, I´d appreciate.
