No domain info in My Network Place

My computer is using SBS 2003 for the domain controller and 15 computers
(WinXP Pro) are connecting to the server. However, some computers can find
each other in My Network Place, but some cannot. Would anyone know what the
problem of it and how to fix this?

Are these computers enabled for NetBIOS? Is File and Print Sharing enabled?
Any of them have ICF/Windows Firewall turned on? All of these options are
found under TCP/IP configuration (and would be non-starters for having them
to show up in the NN).
