The above article suggests your problem may be in duplicate names -- check
your machines and your WINS database to see if there are other machines
using the same name.
As I stated before when you asked this question before, try moving WINS to a
non-router computer on one subnet or the other. If you have pre-win9x
computers, you can put a proxy on the other subnet.
