No computers in server browse list

We have a Win2003 domain controller that is not showing up in anyone's browse
list. The machine can be pinged by name and can be found in explorer when
using \\servername\share. On that same server, there is nothing in its
browse list. This creates a problem since Symantec Enterprise relies on the
browse list to install software over the network. This server is running
WINS and DNS along with another server (member server). When we run nbtstat
-n from a command promt there is nothing in the list. Any ideas?

We deleted the NIC and let the server find it again. After binding the IP
addresses again everything cleared up.
