I assume that is the ip given to your computer by the gateway. If so, you
won't be able to access the MN700 as they are on fferent networks.
You'll need to put yourself on the same network as the MN700 (any ip between
192.168.2.2 and 192.168.2.254 subnet 255.255.255.0) before the
http://192.168.2.1 thing will work.
Alternatively, you can disable your existing gateway and let the MN700 do
the sharing for you.
