NM-700

I have a NM-700 and up untill yesterday it was working
fine with VNC, but there was a power failure at home
yesterday and now doesn't work.. I suppect that my
internal IP has changed and since no one is there to make
changes to the router I'm hooped.. Is there any way to
make changes to the router from the net?
