NLTEST: SEC_E_SECURITY_QOS_FAILED

Trying to troubleshoot a trust issue that is specific to one W2K Server in
an NT4 Domain. There is a GOOD trust between the NT4 Domain and an AD
domain. However, this server does not think so....
