NLB Ip-address conflict!

Hi.

I am having a problem configuring Network Load balancing on two Win2003
servers.

I have for simplicity sake configured the two servers with only one NIC
each using unicast.

My problem actually consists of two problems

1) After i configure the NLB-service i try to assign the "shared"
ip-address in "Advanced TCP/IP settings " I get an "IP-address conflict"
with the other server which - as it should be - also have this
ip-address configured. I have tried everything (I think) and the problem
still remains, any clues??

2) The NLB actually works regardless of the conflict described when I
connect to the web-serves installed. And if I disconnects one of the
servers from th network the other server replies to all of the
connections - great.
BUT, if I restarts the server and it then tries to reconnect to the
"Cluster" the "cluster" refuses to accept connections for 15-30 min.
after the restart. Unacceptable!
I guess/hope that this problem stops when 1) is solved, other wise it is
definitely a show stopper for us.
