I wonder if you are really as stupid as you sound or if you are simply
doing this for attention. Anyone who would stereotype an entire race of
people based on the actions of a few can't be too bright.

It's not like Caucasians (white people in case you don't know the
meaning) haven't done their share of damage to this world. I'm
talking about Nazis, the Spanish Inquisition, crusades, Vikings, the
treatment of Native American Indians, etc, etc. And these are just the
large scale atrocities that were committed. Fortunately intelligent
people don't judge all caucasions because of this or the likes
Jeffrey Dahmler, David Berkowitz, Timothy McVay, Ted Kaczynski all of
whom were also white.

The black race is not without fault. But the same can be said of all
races.

I've lived in New Orleans most of my life. I've also lived in a few
other places and I can tell you that people elsewhere cannot even begin
to comprehend ethnic conditions in New Orleans. The aforementioned
