Hi. I am fixing up a old computer that has a funny looking network
card in it. I installed Windows 98, but it can't recognize this card
and I can't seem to find drivers for it. The card does not plug into
a slot on the motherboard, it plugs directly into the board. In fact,
there are no PCI or ISA slots on the board. The only markings on the
card are PCNet HT2001 9908. Also, there is no FCC ID number to cross
check FCC's database for the manufacturer.

If anybody can please help in locating proper drivers. Thanks!

Have you tried driverguide.com? They had 79 hits using that as a search
string.
