Hi,

I have one win2k3 server with 2 NICs, every NIC has its own static IP
address. Can i "team" this cards that if one card fails other take her
transport activity. Card 1 is backup for card 2 and vise versa.
how to do this and is this possible?

This is referred to as adapter teaming. The nic manufacturer supplies
software that teams the adapters on one of three modes [failover. load
balance or both] which creates a virtual adapter which is assigned one ip
address.
