NIC doesn't work

I installed Windows 2003 Server on a system last night ..
but my NIC won't work and the drivers are not to be
found. It is by National Semiconductor Corp DP83815/816
10/100 MacPhyter PCI adapter. Please help.

Go to the manufacturer of your NIC and download drivers for your NIC that
work with your Operating System.

That should be "go to the manufacturer of your NIC's website..."
