How can I change the order of the NIC Cards when they are auto-detected
through windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure this is what you are after, but you can change the binding order
for network services. Right click My Network Places and select Properties.
Click Advanced/Advanced Settings - Adapter and Bindings tab.
