Hi all,

maybe someone here can give me a hint for this:

I have mounted hda3 under '/home/nfsexport/mounts/hda3'. The local
user 'test' can read/write and has no problems with it.

I have a nfs-export under '/home/nfsexport'. All users i allowed to can
mount/read/write this export but they didn't see the hda3-mount.

I tried to give '/home/nfsexport/mounts/hda3' different users and all rights
but i didnt see that hda3 from my nfs-clients...

What i am doing wrong?

Cheers,
HM

You need to explicitly export any mountpoints under existing export to
make those available to clients. So simply export '/home/nfsexport/
mounts/hda3' also .

Oh. Thats not that convenient as i hoped. I have 6 hd's to spend an me hoped
to manage all over 1 mount/export.

But many thanks for your info!
