Problem is that my network is disconnecting for no reason. Same problem
occurs with both LAN and ADSL connections. First windows lets me know that
the cable is connected then soon (about after 5-10 sec) the cable is
disconnected. And this is repeating. During connected time I can access
Internet trough ADSL. I've tried two separate WinXP installations. Same
problems occur with both of them. I have A-link Roadrunner 10 ADSL card,
Firewire card and onboard 3com Gbit LAN on ASUS p4p8x. I figured it might
be some kind of motherboard problem? Do you have experience on this kind
of situations?

It could be that your network card is going bad, or just overheating. How
long do you keep your computer running during the day?
