I have 2 indentical NIC's in my WIN2000 server, and now I would like to bridge them , ie same IP

Rusty,

This is a feature provided by the NIC manufacturer's driver (and is not
supported by all NICs). Each manufacturer configures adapter teaming
differently and you will need to refer to the manufacturer's documentation.

Windows 2000 does not have this feature. Some NIC manufacturers include
teaming NICs and teaming software that runs on Windows 2000. Check with the
vendor of your NICs.
