You don't have to capitalise each word.
It's Japanese, not Japaneze.
Ran is the past tense, I think you mean run (look, you don't need to put
capitals).

This has nothing to do with broadband, don't bother coming back...

Jap run city. Might mean cheap broadband for all houses. Better watch out
