newbie Q: DWL AP 900+ repeater to Lan Port

I am new to WLANS and have a couple questions that I am hoping someone help
me with:

1. Does the DWL900AP+ repeat the signal the the lan-port as well as the
airwaves?

2. Will it repeat a signal coming from a Linksys BEFW11S4-UK (our central
access point)?

3. Very stupid question, if I configure a DWL900AP+ to multi-point bridge,
are there any permormance advantages over regular AP mode (as long as all
connectin clients are AP900+ as well)?

Can I rephrase that first question for clarity:

Will the AP (set to repeater mode) repeat the signal it hears on the
wireless, to the LAN port as well as the radio, so it could act as a
repeater for other wireless clients, and so a PC plugged into the lan port
can also connect to the network?

Upto 22 mbps with 4X compatible gear...
