Over the next year, I will have to install 30-40 servers at a time. We will be
installing Red Hat over the network. Since I have absolutely no experience
doing this, I have a couple of questions and would appreciate any advice.

All the new servers will have the same configurations and packages installed
but we will have to install these servers in a short period of time.We have
one installation server. I don't have the network or install server
information yet but how many servers could we expect to do at one time?

Besides using kickstart, are there any other installation methods that might be
better?

Thanks

Depending on your network and the amount of packages installed,
5-20 at a time, or things might slow down. But then it is
impossible to tell without any information about your LAN and the
way (timing) you start the installation on the systems.

If they have all identical hw, you could clone them, using
netcat/dd, you need to change hostname/IP and probably delete the
ssh host keys, new ones will be generated on sshd startup.
