If you go into the properties of the connection --> Networking (tab) -->
properties of TCP/IP --> Advanced (button) --> DNS (tab), are there any DNS
servers listed there?
Also make sure that you have the conenction configured to "Obtain a DNS
server automatically". If you select "Use the following DNS server
addresses" and leave the address field blank, it still will not accept a DNS
option from the DHCP server.
