What is the minimum I need to do to allow a Frontpage User
to log onto a website I have setup on my server. I have
assigned him a username and password and added him to the
site via IIS6 and added him to the users on this server.
But, I am missing something...

Make sure the FP itself has the user added (through
sharepoint administration). You can open sharepoint by
right clicking the website --> properties --> server
check extentions .

if you have already done this the only other thing i can
think of is check in options in FP. from command line
uninstall and reinstall
