If the docs and spreadsheets are stored on the server, as long as you give
the new user access to the folder(s) then there isn't a problem. If the
works saved locally, then give the user permissions on the folder they are
stored in. If you can move any locally stored info off the pc and on to a
server, to be part of your backup procedures, as that a better solution.
