We have just migrated PDC from win NT to win 2003.Existing
users on win 2003 can logon from Xp-pro as well as from
win 98.

But when new user is created on win 2003 server,user
cannot loging from win 98 pc were as same new user account
can login from XP-pro pc.

when we try to logon with new user acoount through win 98
pc, error message :"user not found" is coming,were as on
XP-Pro pc we are able to logon with the same user account

Hi Bharat,
For the user property, check if the "User logon name"
and "User logon name (Pre_Windows2000)" both are same.
If it's same try following:
In AD users & Computers Right click on PDC ->Properties ->
Group Policy -> Default Domain -> Edit
Then Computer Configuration->Windows Settings->Security
Settings->Local Policies->Security Options:
Here find Micrsoft Network Client igitially sign
coumminication Always - Set to Disabled.
