This would depend of few things:
* what would be a role of this Windows 2003 server? Would it be a domain
controller?
* what version of operating system is your PDC? NT?
If your PDC is NT 4.0 and you want your new Windows 2003 server to be a
domain controller then you will have to upgrade your domain where you have
to upgrade your PDC first.
