Hello
We've recently changed our router to a draytek 2910. For those that don't
know, it has the ability to load balance between two WAN connections.
All is well on our 20 pc's apart from one user who happens to use a copy of
Vista - she is finding she is getting disconnected from MSN every few
minutes, and quite often web pages don't load.
I have forced port 80 traffic to use one channel in the router to no effect,
but in any case, all other users (mostly XP with the odd 2000) were fine
both before and after the change.

Bit stumped - any thoughts?

Try the Vista PC connected to another network - bet you it exhibits the same
problems !

Tell me about it - why do you think I haven't installed it on my own machine

Having said that, it was working fine before the routers were swapped...
maybe a different MTU thing? Dunno... <looks for straw to grasp>

You may wish to try disabling the TCP auto-tuning.
It can cause odd problems like this.

Run "netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled" from command
line
