take the Belkin back and get a F5D7630uk4A with built in ADSL modem -
say you were confused by it being described as a "broadband router"
that way you only have one box to worry about
otherwise the X-modem, Westell 6000 and the D-link thing you mention
*may* work depending what functionality you are expecting. Download
and read the manuals or the reviews at
http://www.adslguide.org.uk/reviews/ to see if its going to do what
you want
