I just did the update for the MN-700 and i rebooted and i
still do not have loopback support. I still could not
check and kind of port forwarding within my own network.
Anyone have any ideas why?

What's your firmware version? Did you download the update from

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/br...Downloads.aspx

or from

MSBNDownload (This is the update package. It will update software
(including drivers) and firmware as needed)

http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...BNDownload.exe

(note that this URL is very long and might get truncated)?

I bet it was the first one as it doesn't have loopback support and only
upgrades the firmware to .333.

Did you run both installs where it offered to update the firmware it
should have told you what the current version is. It is 2.01.02.0590.
You may have a corrupt download.

I'd suggest cleaning out your temp folder. Run "%temp%" (without the
quotes) & delete everything in the folder that opens up.

That might just fix that issue for you.
