New Internet Connection Problem

I have set up a wireless network to a machine running
Win98se. When I attempt to use the internet connection
wizard to establish the nework as the link to the net, I
am told "can't use the wizard as you are not the system
administrator". I didn't even know Win98se had a system
admin! I use this computer and have since 1997 (yeah,
it's old). How do I get to use the wizard? Remove the
admin limitation/restriction?

Thanks for any help.
