New Homenetwork query

I have set up a network between my PC which has a combined ADSL modem/router
and USB network adaptor and my wireless laptop.

When on laptop it shows PC and laptop in named workgroup but PC shows that
PC only is in workgroup.

What have I not done to see PC on Laptop?

Any help appreciated
