New critical update for MN 700

I'm having problem applying this update after the install
package is downloaded and extracted. The install wizard
won't run. Does anybody else have the same problem. My
OS is WIN2K3 Enterprise.

Do you have another machine which you can run the update from?
Remember to run the update from a wired computer and not from a wireless
client.

Running the update from a Win2k3 Server OS is not supported.
