one, anyone have any insight?? The files are mp3's and

You could ghost and upgrade, or you could do a point-to-point link to move
just the files, or you could set up a small network to move or access the
files.

I assume that your new computer has Windows XP. Windows XP has a
built-in FAST (File and Settings Transfer) Wizard that can transfer
files and much more from the old computer to the new one: Internet
Explorer favorites, desktop icons, E-mail account settings and
messages, etc.

The best way to use FAST is over an Ethernet connection between the
two computers.
