Unless they already have a lot of customers, you'd be better off to
build your own from scratch. Why would they be selling out if it's a
good business to stay in? If you need to learn more about the WISP
business (and it sounds like you do) you may want to subscribe to and
read everything for a few months on the isp-wireless mail list.
