New BS Modem

I need to buy a new modem for Bellsouth DSL.
And a new wireless router.

And a ? wireless cellular connection / USB for a laptop for the Gulf Coast
where there is no Internet connections such as Waveland, MISS and St.
Bernard Parish, Louisiana.

What are your recommendations? I have never had a wireless CELLULAR
connection for a laptop where there is no Net connections, so how does a
person know where to start?
