Do you mean permanently? If yes, just right-click on
Network Neighborhood, go to Properties, click Client for
Microsoft Networks and go to Remove.

Huh? More details please. What KIND of a network?

If you don't know the answer to that question I suggest you ask your network
administrators how to accomplish this. They may not want you to.
