Networking working except for HTTP stuff

Hello:

I have run in to a problem that I haven't seen before. It's on a fresh
install of RH 9. I have specified a static IP, DNS, and gateway. Ping,
mail, traceroute, and most telnets work. But for some reason I can't
get the normal HTTP to go out of the box or a telnet on the default
port.

The DNS appears to be working since the names are being resolved but
for some reason it won't go out port 80. Is this a routing problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Rob
